Health, AIDS, Education. Our mission is to serve people living with HIV/AIDS,
their loved ones, caregivers and communities at large, through compassionate and

Association
Health, Diabetes, Fitness. Our mission is to prevent and cure diabetes and to
improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes.

AniMall
Animals, Pets, Adoption, Shopping. AniMall Pet Adoption & Outreach Center is a
locally-run, independent 501(c)3 non-profit organization. AniMall offers rescues &
shelters a place to showcase their adoptable animals inside a public mall to increase
their chances for adoption. AniMall also provides outreach by educating the public on
adoption, fostering, pet ownership, and proper pet care including diet and enrichment.

Basic Needs Ministry
Communities in need, food, books, clothes. Also known as the Cleveland
Library and Cleveland Township Emergency Food Pantry, our mission is to serve the
119,000 residents of Garner, Clayton, Cleveland Township, Angier, Fuquay-Varina,
Willow Springs, and Wilson's Mills. This small 10-mile circle around the 40/42
intersection has 7,200 children/8,000 households identified as in financial need. Basic
Needs provides clothing, food from the emergency pantry, and books from its
community library to these locals in need.

Kids, Sports, Mentoring. The mission of the Boys & Girls Club is to enable all
young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as

Burning Coal Theatre
Theatre, Arts, Community. Our mission is to produce literate, visceral, affecting
theatre that is experienced, not simply seen. We emphasize works that are felt and
experienced viscerally, unlike more traditional, linear plays where audiences are

Cancer, Women's and Men's Health. The NC Triangle Affiliate of Susan G. Komen
for the Cure is dedicated to combating breast cancer on every front.

Ten Thousand Villages
International, Poverty, Fair Trade. Ten Thousand Villages provides vital and fair
income to people in developing regions by selling their handicrafts and telling their
stories in North America.Ten Thousand Villages works with artisans who would
otherwise be unemployed or underemployed. This income helps pay for food,
education, health care or housing.

The Flower Shuttle
Flowers, Acts of Kindness. The Flower Shuttle is an outreach service project
sponsored by the Raleigh Moravian Church. We use flowers donated from community
events, galas, weddings, funerals, florists, warehouse clubs and supermarkets -
flowers that would normally be thrown away - and rearrange them into smaller
arrangements for delivery to Hospice, Alliance of AIDS-Services Carolina, Wake
Med, Raleigh Dialysis, Meals on Wheels, Shepherd's Table Soup Kitchen and Urban
Ministries, just to name a few, to brighten the lives of people living with sickness,
terminal illness, poverty and disability, who normally would not receive flowers.

The Green Chair Project
Recycling, Communities in Need. Referrals from local social service agencies
help identify those in need, who may need a step-up to establishing new lives in a
welcoming home. Through The Green Chair Project, the Raleigh community will have
a meaningful way to recycle their donated furnishings directly in to the hands of
those in need filling homes that would otherwise be without, rather than landfills.

Triangle American Red
Cross
Disaster Relief, Health, Blood Donation. Since its founding in 1881 by visionary
leader Clara Barton, the American Red Cross has been the nation's premier
emergency response organization. Today, in addition to domestic disaster relief, the
American Red Cross offers compassionate services in five other areas: community
services that help the needy; support and comfort for military members and their
families; the collection, processing and distribution of lifesaving blood and blood
products; educational programs that promote health and safety; and international
relief and development programs.
